FAQ

Compensation depends on your tier within the program and the sales attributed to your account. Commissions are calculated on the net product value (excluding VAT), after returns and refunds have been deducted.

Sales are tracked through your personal discount code and affiliate link. If a customer uses your code, the sale is attributed directly to you. If no code is used, attribution follows a last-click model within the tracking window (for example, 30 days).

Commissions are paid monthly, following a validation period that accounts for returns, refunds, and chargebacks.

Yes. Whitelisting is available as an optional arrangement and requires a separate agreement. During whitelisting campaigns, a different commission structure may apply to avoid overlap between advertising attribution and affiliate commissions.

You are welcome to share your personal experience and skincare routine. However, we do not use medical or therapeutic claims, nor do we make absolute promises regarding product results. We will provide clear communication guidelines to support your content creation.
