Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract for any reason, subject to the conditions set out below.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Unlabeled Beauty SRL SB of their intention to withdraw no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The delivery date shown on the proof of delivery shall be considered valid.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending Dora Skincare an explicit statement declaring the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract, including the relevant order number.

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal by choosing one of the following methods:

• Sending an email to love@doraskincare.com with the subject line: "RETURN & REFUND"
• Sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

The communication must include the following information:

• Customer's full name
• Customer's address
• Order number and purchase date
• Product description, quantity, reason for return, and amount paid

In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the products to Dora Skincare without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days of communicating their decision to withdraw.

The deadline is met if the customer ships the products within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was sent.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, Dora Skincare will provide the customer via email with instructions for returning the products. The products must be shipped no later than 14 working days from the date on which the customer exercised their right of withdrawal.

If the customer withdraws from the purchase contract in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, all payments received by Dora Skincare will be refunded, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Dora Skincare is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed to a different payment method. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Dora Skincare may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

• The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following circumstances:
• The product has been opened and its integrity has been compromised;
• Components belonging to the product are missing (e.g., outer packaging, cap, dispenser, etc.);
• The product has been damaged;
• The product is returned after the 14-day return period has expired.

Please note that, pursuant to Article 57(1) of the Italian Consumer Code, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to the purchase of Digital Gift Cards (Gift Vouchers). Consequently, amounts paid for these products are non-refundable.
