Customer: the individual or entity purchasing Products through the Website ("Customer").

These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, the Italian Consumer Code, Directive 2011/83/EU, and legislation governing conformity of goods.

  1. Subject Matter and Scope
    1.1 These Terms apply to every order for cosmetic products ("Products") placed through the Website.
    1.2 By submitting an order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms.
    1.3 The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time the order is placed shall apply.
  2. Product Information

    2.2 Before using any Product, the Customer must carefully read the ingredients list (INCI), warnings, and instructions for use provided on the label and packaging.
    2.3 Cosmetic Products are not medicinal products and are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
  3. Prices, Taxes, and Availability
    3.1 All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Any additional charges (e.g., shipping costs) will be clearly indicated before the Customer confirms the order.
    3.2 Product availability is subject to change. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if a Product becomes unavailable.
  4. Account and Accuracy of Information
    4.1 Customers may purchase through a registered account or as guests, where available.
    4.2 The Customer warrants that all information provided, including shipping address, email address, and contact details, is accurate and complete. The Seller shall not be liable for any issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.
  5. Formation of the Contract
    5.1 The display of Products on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation email or otherwise accepts the order.

    8.1 Consumer Customers (natural persons purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery of the Products, or from the delivery of the last item in the case of multiple deliveries, without providing any reason.
    8.2 Hygiene and Health Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., cosmetics with opened primary packaging or removed safety seals).

  9. Returns and Refunds
    9.1 Conditions, integrity requirements, timelines, and procedures for returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.
    9.2 Where permitted by law, the Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned Products have been received or until the Customer provides evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever occurs first.
  10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Consumers)
    10.1 Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable law.
